I gaped and I fumbled for my misplaced sanity as the ominous figure that had once towered above me stalked closer and closer, his footsteps at a slow and even pace, reluctantly closing the narrow breach between us. So in the morn of the new day the dreamers will often lay and wonder what it was all about As I will lay asleep at last dreaming of nothing for the night has passed.
